Clean carpets are always the mark of a healthy home or work environment, and represent your largest textile investment.  The Briercroft Clean Team is dedicated to protecting your textile investment which includes thoroughly cleaning your carpet better than anyone else without over-wetting or leaving behind soap residue.

We use powerful, truck-mounted, hot water extraction cleaning equipment designed to thoroughly clean your carpet.  Hot water extraction is the preferred carpet cleaning method recommended by virtually all major carpet manufacturers for virtually all installed carpets, and it is the primary cleaning method required for certain manufacturer warranties.

Our IICRC-Certified cleaning technicians use industry-tested hand-held stainless steel delivery extraction wands or, for selected carpet installations, specially-designed rotary-powered delivery and extraction wands.  Water and specially-designed emulsifiers are mixed and applied in-solution and with agitation action to your carpet at high temperature to break down soil and debris at the molecular level.  Emulsifier types and solution percentages, PH levels and temperatures are all determined based on the type of carpet (fiber type, style and construction) to be cleaned.  Once the solution is applied and fully agitated, our powerful truck-mounted vacuums extract the soil, grease, and debris-laden water, including many of the germs, bacteria and dust mites that cause allergies, from your carpet leaving it clean and fresh-smelling.

Our technicians are also trained in the latest stain-removal techniques and carry an array of treatment solutions on-board every truck to tackle even the most stubborn stains.  We also offer protective coating applications to further guard against unforeseen spills and soiling, making incidental cleanups easier for you.

Consumer Alert: Please don’t fall into the trap of hiring inexperienced and untrained carpet cleaners, especially those using small, under-powered portable cleaning machines or bonnet-buffer machines.  Portables tend to leave a lot of moisture and residue behind because the vacuums are not powerful enough to properly extract the dirty water. Bonnet-buffer machines, sometimes referred to as ‘dry cleaning’ machines, are not appropriate for the deep-pile carpeting found in most homes and business settings.  Dry cleaning was designed for the ultra-short, commercial-grade, glue-down carpet in places like airports and bus stations where halting foot traffic long enough to perform truck-mounted hot water extraction cleaning is not practical.  Dry cleaning will always leave behind soap residue that will attract and hold soil, resulting in your carpet looking dull and dingy after only a short period of time.
