key positions include:

The ASSOCIATE will develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, insurance agents, adjusters, and others.  The ASSOCIATE will secure, estimate, manage and complete engagements for recovery/restoration of commercial and residential structures and content from damage as a result of water leak, flood, fire, smoke, mold and other catastrophes.  From initial contact through final cleaning or reconstruction services, the successful ASSOCIATE will, at a minimum:

  • develop and maintain positive professional relationships
  • secure engagements and establish deposit and draw payment arrangements
  • maintain constant on-time, thoughtful and thorough communications with clients, vendors, contractors, suppliers and other parties in interest
  • create XACTIMATE and Time & Materials estimates and cost budgets
  • coordinate all services rendered
  • monitor and report on job cost versus budget performance
  • inspect and confirm work product from start to finish
  • conduct client walk-throughs and secure final approval of all work

The RESTORATION TECHNICIAN (RT) is a member of our 24-hour emergency response team.  The successful RT will, through extensive training, develop specialized expertise in a number of critical water, fire, smoke, mold and other damage restoration tasks, including:

  • water extraction
  • structural stabilization and drying
  • content drying and pack-out
  • demolition of impacted building materials
  • structural cleaning and preparation for reconstruction or re-occupancy
  • odor elimination
  • application of an extensive array of specialized content, textile and hard surface cleaning techniques

The CARPET CLEANING TECHNICIAN (CCT) is the key member of our preservative cleaning services team and an occasional on-call member of our emergency response team.  The successful CCT will, through extensive technical and on-the-job training, develop specialized expertise in the cleaning of:

  • carpet
  • oriental rugs
  • upholstery
  • fine fabrics and other soft goods
  • air duct systems
  • structural cleaning and preparation for reconstruction or re-occupancy
